In order to avoid possible failures, the use of parts with increased reliability is of critical importance.
Only forging can produce parts with structural integrity and mechanical characteristics suitable for oil and gas extraction. Among other things, forging makes it possible to obtain monobloc parts with complex geometries and optimum fiber structure that are more durable than their equivalent produced by welding.
Setforge Group is able to produce high-added value parts for a wide variety of onshore and offshore applications, such as valve bodies, valves, flanges or forged tubes. These parts are produced by electrical upsetting or drop forging up to 400Kgs. Our companies master the forging of all common corrosion-resistant materials used in the oil and gas industry such as stainless steel alloys.
